"I've been a tennis coach for 15 years, played since I was 5 and always used a shock absorber. This is THE BEST shock absorber I have ever used!

I first used my old dampener, then tried this RTP shocksorb and it was a night and day difference! And I’m using an old school Wilson nCode six-one tour 90. With old strings. Amazing.

"I stopped playing competitively a while back due to tennis elbow that just won't go away and will flare up after a couple hours of hard hitting.

RTP ShockSorb has all but prevented elbow flare-ups, to such level that I played 3 days in a row without having to put my arm in a sling. Heck, I didn't even have to ice my elbow or take ibuprofen. This is pretty darn amazing, and I am utterly impressed in its efficacy. This thing absorbs string vibration like nothing else on the market

This is a super product for sufferers of tennis elbow (or wrist, or shoulder). At $15 a pop, I think it takes the crown as the most expensive dampener on the market, but with many high-end strings going for $20+ per pack, I think it's a very worthy investment, especially considering that I get to keep my racquets and not spend time and money on newer models that boast enhanced dampening."

For about two years, I suffered tennis elbow with the pain gathering in both the elbow and the wrist. I tried everything and nothing really worked. I was mostly healed, finally, when I bought RTP's newest shock absorber and feel it is hugely beneficial and am not in any discomfort nor do I feel it hinders the feel and pace hitting any shot.

I’m a bit of a gear tinkerer who’s tried it all, so while I had my doubts about the price tag on this dampener, the promise of a "sublime feel" won me over. I’m glad it did—the sensation is incredibly sweet and buttery without feeling mushy or overly muted. When you nail the sweet spot, the sound and tactile feedback provide a genuine hit of dopamine. Beyond the feel, the shock absorption is legit; I haven’t dealt with any arm or wrist fatigue over the last two weeks. It’s a premium upgrade for players who are sensitive to response and looking for that perfect hit. Tested with: Tecnifibre TF40 18x20 (Multi/Poly hybrid @ 45lbs & Full Poly @ 43lbs).

Tried it out on my two pro Kennex racquets that I’ve used the brand for 10-plus years for its Kentic system. Your dampers was an instant plus. I was able to increase my racquet speed and hit with more power with ease. Told my hitting group about it. Several immediately ordered. Nobody had an issue with cost. I sent them the link with my info so they could see cost. I’ll get another do I don’t have to switch to my second recquet. Mahalo

Questionable customer service. I would normally review the actual product, but never received the dampeners and grip tape I ordered. I emailed the company, and the rep replied that they were unable to resend a product to the original, failed delivery address. I supplied our business address, and still no products more than nine months later. While waiting for R2P to respond, I ordered Logen vibration dampeners through Amazon and have been very happy with the quality.

Since last Sept, i have had wrist pain. I changed to a very soft multi-filament but it is still not going away. Therefore I asked my tennis friend to buy the WASP strips and dampener during his trip to the US and brought back to Germany. Yesterday I tried out for the first time directly in matches. And I had no pain! But this dampener is slightly heavier than normal dampener and i felt that I somehow had less consistency than my usual setup. Therefore i took away the dampener and continued the match. I could feel more vibration. After the singles match, i had a doubles match and during the warmup, i felt that i had wrist pain again. Then, i put the dampener back on the racket and immediately the pain was gone. It is amazing! I would highly recommend this dampener. I think I would get used to the slightly heavier weight after some more practice. One thing i noticed is that the material can break quite easily and need to be a bit more careful when putting it on and off the racket.

I love them. Let start that I have been looking for a dampener that stays in the string bed. Well since I have put them in they haven't gotten out. My first pair I still use and they work till this day. The promised pain reduction also works. I tent to be a little sensitive but even with higher tension it works like a charm. The design is right up my alley but that is personal. The only improvement I would like to see is the availability in the Netherlands.

I was 10th in the country for juniors and was constantly having problems with my shoulder and finding good grips. The shock absorber was amazing and so were the grips, would for sure recommend all of the items. The shock absorber took all the pressure off of me and took it all in. The grips were also fantastic as they both were super soft. There is also one that has a little stick too it which I personally love.
