At Road to Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.


What is RTP's return policy?

We offer returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return:

  • Item must be in new condition

  • Clothing and socks must be unworn

  • Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (including box or poly bag)

  • Receipt or email screenshot of order confirmation is required

  • Our representative will ask for your order number, found in your order confirmation email

To initiate a return:
Email us at support@rtptennis.com (please do not call for returns) with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Can I get a refund if I don't like the item?

Yes—if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund.
If the item was not damaged and is unopened, you can return it within 30 days.
We do not refund shipping costs.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from the refund.


Can I return a product that was given to me as a gift?

Yes. However, if the return is accepted, the refund will go to the original form of payment.
If the product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact that dealer to arrange the return.
Products purchased directly on rtptennis.com can be returned as long as they meet our return guidelines.


Can I exchange a product?

Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help!
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange process:

  • Contact support@rtptennis.com with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange

  • We'll send an invoice for a flat $11.75 exchange fee (covers shipping and handling)

  • After we receive the original item, we’ll ship your replacement


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@rtptennis.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description.
We’re a small, athlete-founded brand and we take pride in what we make. If something didn’t meet expectations, we’re here to fix it.


ShockSorb Warranty Policy

We stand by our ShockSorb dampeners with a limited product warranty:

  • UltraSoft: 6-month warranty

  • Original: 1-year warranty

What’s covered?

  • If the plastic shell needs replacement, we will send you a new shell at no cost

  • If the Sorbothane core is damaged, we will issue a credit equal to the original item value

To qualify:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)

  • You must submit a photo clearly showing the damage

  • Warranty does not cover lost products

To start a warranty claim, email support@rtptennis.com with your proof of purchase and a clear photo of the issue.
