Great Socks, it …

I play tennis 4 times a week. From a comfort level they are great and I do notice the difference. That being said , as you continue to develop proct, hoping you come up with a less cumbersome way of cleaning/drying them . Hand wringing the water out of them and leaving them to dry reminds of clothes lines outside 60 years ago . Gotta make them “dryer friendly”

Support takes a long time to respond to exchange and return process for orders that were filled with incorrect items. Then asked me to pay to ship back the incorrect items. I contacted support several times to send me shipping label to return one of the order that was incorrectly sent to me and support never responded. Although I am happy with your products, I am afraid to order any more from your company after being ignored and mistreated when it was your fault for sending me the incorrect items in the first place.

Did not send me products for like 3 weeks since I made the purchase. I emailed them and they said they will send me the goods after they restock so give them a week. It's been three weeks after and I still haven't received anything. Also, they stop replying to my emails. Wouldn't recommend this brand and customer service. They do me dirty

The only thing these socks are missing is grip on the heel. If these socks had grips on the heel they would be next level. After about an hour or so when the sock is sweaty you get some upper heel slippage with the material. Keeping the heel locked in to bring the shoe up with it instead of the sock staying gripped to the sole of the shoe and your ankle coming up just that little bit would make them unreal. Would love to buy another pair immediately if they had grips on the upper heel instead of just under foot. Thanks keep doing what you guys are doing love the product.
