Hailing from Brisbane City, Australia, Emilia Schmidt is a rising talent in the sport and has achieved a great deal in a short time. A former tennis player, she transitioned to pickleball and quickly became the No. 1 draft pick in the inaugural season of Major League Pickleball Australia. Emilia recently relocated to the United States to further develop her pickleball career. Since then, she has won an APP Next Gen title and reached the quarterfinals at the prestigious 2025 US Open.
