There is a hole in my insole when I received them. I sent an email that day to the company but have gotten no reply. The socks are great. I’m so glad they got low socks now.
The soxs and heelpad added stability and some cushioning but did not change the feel of my tennis sneaker. Because of the cutting and quick movements required by tennis, you can’t use the typical heel cushions as the compromise stability. The sox with the low profile heelpad work well together.
Thank you for the great and quick customer service. I get a good 4 hours of pickleball with these and no pain. It’s been a big difference than playing in just the shoes alone and after getting a pair I couldn’t use you guys were quick and sent me a new pair so fast. For the price you can’t beat it.
Socks are great but as for heel pads not so much, I’m super not impressed with them I know will not be recommending them to anyone. Like I said the super great and deliver what I expected.
These socks are great. Feet feel much more stable inside my shoes with both the heel pad and socks in play.

Could you send me another pair for size 13 Men? Not sure why but one of the heel pads was defective
Love the heel pads. My knees no longer hurt after pickleball. However the socks are a let down. I got the large for my size 14 feet. They are cut too low in the back and the back of my sneaker rubs against my lower Achilles tendon. Wish I had just gotten the heel pads or that the socks were a little bigger.
Socks are great- they are comfortable and provide a good level of support. However, the heel pads don't stick to the bottom of the shoe and slide around causing some level of discomfort.

Socks were great, i wore the pad for 2weeks and steel had resulting heel pain from impacts during pickleball sessions.
They are working out great!
The socks are very nice. It prevents my feet from slipping inside my shoes during HIT workouts
Pickleball player here (3-4 times/week). just as advertised; your feet doesn't slide around inside the shoes. The socks are thick and comfy. Will be getting more. The heel pad is very thin and honestly I forget they're there during play. My knee pain is still there (from prior "wear and tear") but did not get worse since having the heel pad.
Have multiple pairs of these socks and love them- saving my toenails from further damage!! The heel pad is definitely giving me relief where needed!
No grip difference noted at all I slid in the shoes And no difference at all with the heel pad. Complete waste of money

Heel pads make a nice subtle difference. Eliminate soreness and stiffness. Pleasantly surprised by the socks! They were an after thought for me but buying more
I'm not sure how I ordered the heel pad...but did not want. I actually thought I was getting a couple pairs of the socks for that price -- as I did with my last order. So not 100 percent happy.

For those really long hours on court, I put an extra heel pad under the ball of each foot. Makes a world of difference for my feet. You should try it.
The socks don't move when I do! No more blisters for me! They are a bit pricey but worth it.
Good pair sock and they definitely keep your feet from sliding preventing blisters.
